职位描述：

Event producer are at the forefront of the company and specialize in business research and project management.You will research and put together the intellectual content of conference programs at the cutting edge of business strategy.You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from a cross section of companies,selecting and inviting high level speakers,copy writing,designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of entire projects - from the initial idea to the smooth running of the event.Event producers have a lot of budgetary control and you will be making financial decisions that will have significant bottom line impact.Throughout the production cycle you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the best possible marketing campaign and with the Sponsorship Manager to put together an effective sponsorship strategy.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above;ideally in English,Business Administration,Economics,International Trade,edc.

- Extremely fluent in both English and Chinese.

- Significant commercial experience and business sense.

- A superb communicator,confident on the telephone and with excellent written skills.

- A highly motivated self-starter with proven research skills and an ability to completer projects to tight deadlines.

- team-worker,flexible,imaginative and open to new ideas.

- Fresh graduates will be considered.
